My wireless keyboard or mouse isn’t working correctly?

Generally when using wireless (sometimes Bluetooth) devices on a computer, over time they can lose synchronisation. This may cause missed letters or delays in the actions you are doing.

This can be solved in 3 ways, each method will help resync the device to the computer allowing normal function to return.

1. Simply use the reconnect button, generally on the back of the device. This includes keyboard, mouse and the wireless dongle connected to the computer.
2. Auto sync the devices by simply unplugging the dongle and then plugging it back in to the computer. This will cause the device to automatically sync with the keyboard and mouse that are paired with it.
3. Some Bluetooth devices will install a program on the computer and then you can choose to disconnect or resync devices from this menu.
